Sebastien Boulay (South Seas Consulting Ltd, Co-PI)
Based in New Zealand, Sebastien’s background is in physical oceanography, operational weather forecasting and marine technologies. He currently works as a strategic consultant to marine/weather tech companies and international agencies. sebastien@southseas.science
